Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to concrete surfaces, ensuring high-quality results. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare concrete surfaces for finishing by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing
- Use various tools and techniques to apply finishes, such as trowels, and brushes
- Repair and patch damaged or uneven areas of concrete
- Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate placement and finishing of concrete
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate work activities
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Familiarity with frame carpentry techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
